We have all been affected by the COVID-19 Virus. Our priority is to maintain the health of our employees in line with any government advice.
We will still be processing orders as normal to ensure customer satisfaction.
However, this is subject to change to any government advice. In the event of a shutdown, quarantine, or a restriction on deliveries some orders may be delayed. Any orders placed during a shutdown will be processed as soon as work resumes. During this time we cannot guarantee any delivery times or dates. Our staff may be unable to respond to your queries promptly. But, please be assured we will be responding to all queries where possible to do so.

Deliveries still going out
All deliveries are leaving us without any delay. This includes both Royal Mail and tracked services.
Some delivery delays
Some delivery methods are experiencing delays in areas due to the recent outbreak. Although we do everything in our power to ensure a speedy delivery, we cannot guarantee fixed delivery times.
International deliveries cancelled
Due to unforeseen circumstances all international deliveries have been cancelled and the option is no longer available on the website.
Trade Counter Closure
Under the recent advice from the government, we have decided to close our trade counter until further notice. This is to help minimize the risk both to the general public and our employees. Please contact us if you have any outstanding collection orders.
This does not affect any orders placed online for delivery.
