Return an order

We understand that you may want to return your items for a number of reasons. That's why we try to make it as simple as possible. Use the form below to get all the information needed to return your items.
You have the right to return an item to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you received the goods.

Problem with your order

We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with your order. Although we do not experience faulty products often. We take these matters very seriously. You have up to 30 days after the original purchase to get in contact with us about any faulty items. Our team will be happy to help resolve this problem as soon as possible and in most cases offer you a refund or replacement without the need to return the item.

Please write an email to [email protected] and including the relevant evidence listed below, your name & order number, date of purchase and any other information which will help our team understand the fault.

Faulty or damaged product

If you have an item that has arrived damaged or has become faulty within 30 days after purchase, please take images of the product as we will require these to confirm the fault.

Images we require:

  • The products tag, including the product SKU
  • A close up of the specific fault
  • Full garment, with focus on the fault

Missized product

If you have an item that has arrived missized, please check the product listing to ensure that the size received is different to what has been advertised. Please then take images of the product as we will require these to confirm the size discrepancy.

Images we require:

  • The products tag, including the product SKU
  • A tape measure located at the incorrectly sized area
  • Full garment, with focus on the incorretcly sized area

Our team will be happy to help resolve this problem as soon as possible and in most cases offer you a refund or replacement without the need to return the item.

  • The outer packaging with a close up of the product barcode and sku
  • (If opened) The products tag, including the product SKU
