
Return an order
We understand that you may want to return your items for a number of reasons. That's why we try to make it as simple as possible. Use the form below to get all the information needed to return your items.
You have the right to return an item to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you received the goods.
Choose from one of the options below which best represents the reason for your return.
1) Returns Form
The first step in returning your item would be to fill out our returns form. This can be found on the back of the original invoice included in your parcel. In this form, you will need to add your order number, item name or SKU, quantity, reason code which is listed underneath the form. If you are choosing to return the item for exchange, please enter the exchange request and tick the exchange box. For refunds simply leave the exchange section blank.

Please include the following information on a note.
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Refund or Exchange
- Items included in parcel
2) Packaging your items
We request that all items returns are packed away in their original product packaging, this helps to save waste on repackaging the items. We also ask that the goods are returned in the manner they were received.
You can use either the original bag or box that the products came in to return the items. If this outer packaging is no longer useable, please use appropriate new packaging to secure the items.
Within the parcel you will need to include the previous filled in return form. This is vital to process your return, without this form we may not be able to allocate the return to your original order.
3) Posting your item
At present, we do not offer free returns postage on orders which are not faulty. To return your items please affix the delivery address listed below onto the outer packaging. Ensure that the writing is legible and the address is clearly visible. For maximum visibility use black ink on white paper. You can return your parcel using any parcel delivery service you choose. However, we do recommend that you use a tracked service as this will provide evidence of the returned item. We may ask for this in the event of a lost return.

Problem with your order
We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with your order. Although we do not experience faulty products often. We take these matters very seriously. You have up to 30 days after the original purchase to get in contact with us about any faulty items. Our team will be happy to help resolve this problem as soon as possible and in most cases offer you a refund or replacement without the need to return the item.

Faulty or damaged product
If you have an item that has arrived damaged or has become faulty within 30 days after purchase, please take images of the product as we will require these to confirm the fault.Images we require:
- The products tag, including the product SKU
- A close up of the specific fault
- Full garment, with focus on the fault
Missized product
If you have an item that has arrived missized, please check the product listing to ensure that the size received is different to what has been advertised. Please then take images of the product as we will require these to confirm the size discrepancy.Images we require:
- The products tag, including the product SKU
- A tape measure located at the incorrectly sized area
- Full garment, with focus on the incorretcly sized area
Problem with your order

Our team will be happy to help resolve this problem as soon as possible and in most cases offer you a refund or replacement without the need to return the item.
